After graduating, with a Bachelor Degree of Applied Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management in 2010, Chris attended the Italian Institute for Advanced Culinary and Pastry Arts in Calabria, Italy, where he received a Certificate in Master of Italian Cuisine in 2011. After traveling Italy, he took on an internship at Ristorante Zepplin in Umbria, Italy and was taught Umbrian Cuisine from Chef Lorenzo Polegri. Chris returned to the states in 2012 and accepted a job at LupaOsteria Romana. In 2017, Chris was offered Chef de Cuisine at celebrity chef Lidia Bastianich’s flagship restaurant Felidia. Here, he worked under famous Chef Fortunato Nicotra and learned modern Italian cuisine in a fine dining setting. After Felidia, Chris became the Chef de Cuisine at Manzo Enoteca at Eataly Flatiron. Chris eventually left Eataly to become the Chef of Rosemary’s in the West Village.
