Join us as we kick off summer with a dining experience featuring produce from our farm and other locally sourced goods from the Hudson Valley.

The evening will begin in the barn with passed canapes and wood-fired pizzas and then move to the restaurant for a 4-course seated dinner at the table.

Come help us in welcoming Chef Michael Cella for his first Farm Dinner at the helm of Blooming Hill's culinary program. Michael first joined the Blooming Hill kitchen team in January of 2023 and in April 2025 he ascended to the role of executive chef.

Additionally we will be joined by Skurnik Wine and Spirits who will be pairing each course with a wine from their carefully curated portfolio.
